I bought the sims 4 with pure excitment!! then to realise when i opened it in Origin it says only avaiable for PC
Now im -£60.00 and i cant even play it!
Is there any chance of a refund please?

There is one way to play it on a Mac and that is with bootcamp. Please see this thread if you would like information on how to do it @beckyarton .
Otherwise, for a refund you will need to contact a game advisor at https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/new/
Put in product - sims 4 , platform - pc, topic - fill in required info and then an option to speak with a game advisor will come up. Be aware that live chat may not always be available on the weekend at all times.
