brindleton bay trash

Sims 4 Cats and Dogs - Brindleton Bay is littered with dead plants in non edit lots (like the beach with the pier). I can't clean up the plants because there is no trashcan. is this a bug or how can I get rid of them without splicing (there's literally like 15-20 plants all the time there). Sims get negative moodlets every time because of the dead plants
