Broken time clock

Product: The Sims 4
Platform:PC
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.72.28.1030
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Everything currently out.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Not sure. Just noticed after I was playing for awhile all the kids and the adult were going to work and school at the wrong times. They don't get in trouble or anything. The time they leave is just not matching the time in game
What happens when the bug occurs? None of the kids or teenagers in the household get the option to go to school until almost 11 a.m. and are gone until almost 9 at night. The adults also don't get the option to go to work several hours later than when it says the shift should start.
What do you expect to see? I expect the kids to be at school by 8am and the adults to be heading to work at the correct times. This is the only thing that's off with the timer. Everything else seems to work which makes playing annoying if I have a curfew set for 9 and they aren't getting home from school until almost that time.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Yes
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

I've seen where it is recommended to reset your user files. I have done this multiple times and it has never worked. In fact, anything I try to get origin to repair the game takes almost a full week because it is constantly stopping and restarting the repair process. I even tried uninstalling everything and getting rid of all my data from my previous game to start from scratch. Reinstalling everything took just as long. So, needless to say I would prefer other suggestions if you have them to fix this bug because I really don't want to spend another full week for the third time trying to get Origin to repair the game.

    @anibutterfly8 Do you have time shifts with events as well ? Is it a certain save that's affected or also a new one ? Did you ever change something about the time settings with a mod ?

    Also is the timer off by a certain full hour amount (like they go to school at 9 instead of 8 or is the time a random number (like 8.37 or something)

    The only issue I’ve had with events is they don’t ever seem to end even when it shows the time for event is over. I usually have to end them myself. That’s in any save I’ve ever had. 

    None of the mods I have should affect times settings as far as I know. The only script mods I have are McCommand Center and Kawaii Stacie’s SOL and Life Decider mod.

    Kids will not get the alert that school is in an hour until 12:00p instead of 7a and won’t go to school until 1pm., and don’t get home until 8 pm. The adults are the same with their jobs. Seems like the game is off by 5 hours. 

    In a different save the time is still off for the jobs, but by about an hour. While the teen is not getting the prompt to go to school until 10:22 instead of 8. So it is an issue within all my saves.

    I’ve also noticed the game is still going when I pause it or enter build mode. I still get alerts for advice for the kids and teens and school actions and job decisions.

    @anibutterfly8 Would you mind sending me your save ? Instructions in my signature (best if you send me the one where it's on the hour off and also the one where it's 10:22)

    @anibutterfly8 Tested both your saves and both are fine for me. Wonder if it's some kind of lag going on.

    When resetting, did you test these saves without mods ?

    I did just try repairing the game and turned off the mods and it seemed to work fine until I enabled them again. Not sure how to tell which one if any are directly causing the issue though. None of the mods I have affect time.

    @anibutterfly8 If you only have the three, MCCC is an unlikely culprit.

    So try just one of the others first, then the other.

    So now I’ve played with the mods off for a few days in game and the same problem started occurring again after the 2nd day in game even with the mods off

    Could you post your Computer's DxDiag?

    - Press Windows-Key + R
    - Type: DxDiag
    - Click on Save all Information.
    - Attach the Text File to your post

    @anibutterfly8 Are these the newest drivers for your graphics card ? They are from 2015. I know it is for some Radeon cards but I think yours should have newer ones.
