Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? When the previous update from July 23rd, 2024, arrived. I wasn't able to play or do anything with my sim. I reset the game; I backed it up. I did everything.
What happens when the bug occurs? The game loads very slow, its stuck on a white screen when i try to go into CAS
What do you expect to see? I want to play the game how I was playing it before the update, I want to be able to CAS
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. It appeared in the previous patch that was newly introduced July 23rd, 2024
When I press new game, it loads into this white screen, and I have to force quit or restart my computer, which i can't play the game at all
