Frostyfire12 This message isn't a problem on its own. The game's database is only updated infrequently, so many newer cards aren't listed for a while, and some never get added at all.
This message only shows up once per Options.ini file. So you'd never see it after the first time you played (on this computer) unless you deleted or removed that file, or the Sims 4 folder it's in.
The one important question is whether the correct GPU is listed in Config.log, above the Found and Supported values. If it is, you're fine. If you see something else, let me know.

Thank you for the response! I do notice that when I load the household the graphics are all messed up and some of the panels are showing all blurry, this happens specifically when I have the game full screen instead of in a windowed browser.

If you look in the left-hand corner that's the glitchy graphic issue that I am mentioning, and the key box also will not go away.
Frostyfire12 Please remove your Mods folder and test again. The green line along the bottom of the screen looks like a mod-related issue from a couple patches ago, and so does the stuff in the upper-left corner of the screen.
You can get rid of the on-screen controls by opening Options > Game Options > Tutorial & Tips and unchecking the box next to "Enable Help Center Icon & Controls Legend."
For the blurry graphics, if removing mods doesn't help, please let me know what GPU is listed in Config.log, the one that you noticed was unrecognized.
