Budget laptop to play sims 4
I’m looking to buy a new laptop to play the sims. My budget is under £500. I’m not expecting anything outstanding just being able to play and I only play occasionally. I currently have 3 expansion packs. So far I’ve been looking at these 2 laptops:
ASUS Vivobook Go 15 OLED 15.6in i3 8GB 256GB E1504GA-L1248W.
- Intel Core i3 - N305 processor.
- Octa core processor.
- 1.8GHz processor speed with a burst speed of 3.8GHz.
- 8GB RAM DDR4.
- 256GB SSD storage.
- Operating System: Windows 11 in S-mode (Pre-Installed).
HP Pavilion SE 15-fd0052na
- OPERATING SYSTEMWindows 11 Home in S mode
- PROCESSORIntel® N-series N100
- MEMORY8 GB RAM
- STORAGE128 GB UFS
- DISPLAY39.6 cm (15.6"), FHD (1920 x 1080)
- GRAPHICSIntel® UHD Graphics
Would any of them run the game? I realise with the prices, I won’t be getting anything amazing but I also know very little about tech so any help would be appreciated!
@7q77q7w The first one is better than the second for a few reasons, not least of which is that the second barely has enough storage for Windows and Sims 4. But you can do better even for under £500. For example, these should be able to run the game on medium-high to high graphics settings even with all current packs installed; you might be able to get away with high-ultra depending on the expansions you own.

The last one is a little faster than the others; the first one has a significantly worse screen, hence the lower price. Other than that, they should all be in more or less the same performance category.
If you don't like any of these, let me know why, and I'll look around for other options. These are the best laptops I see in terms of hardware, but other details may matter as well, and if you're willing to compromise a bit on performance, there are a lot more configurations available.
