Toddler stuff not available???

I recently bought the toddler stuff pack on g2a, the code worked and it downloaded fine. however when I went into the game, it says that I didn’t own the content despite it saying I do in the ea app (obviously as it’s downloaded)

I also bought 2 other packs and both downloaded fine and work in game so it is just the toddler stuff pack

I’ve deleted cache, repaired my game multiple times, uninstalled the pack and reinstalled, made sure the file is in good the right place in my sims folder on my computer but nothing has worked.

has anybody had this issue with their packs how how did they fix it? I have seen that the toddler stuff pack is apparently part of the ea subscription so, maybe as I bought it outright my game doesn’t recognise it as I don’t have the subscription but if that’s the case that’s SO annoying

i also don’t know if it’s a problem with the code from g2a I used? I doubt it though as I’ve got the content downloaded
