Bug Clothes red and white squares (NO MODS)

I reseted my sims 4 already, i don't have any mods installed but when i try to put my sim University clothes or another expansion pack it shows the error like its a broken CC, although i don't have any, and its official packs clothes!! It also shows the preview in worlds as my sim is naked, it removes all the clothes and hair. I don't know how to fix it. Help!!

    @jujuprex 

    Delete the file localthumbcache.package. 

    When you have used CC and remove it from the game any sims that were wearing that CC will be naked and bald if it was CC hair. You need to edit them in CAS to give them other clothes/hair.
