Bug in University career object unlocks

Question

I've got Sims 4 University and my sim got a degree to jump to level 8 in their career. As I want to unlock all the objects, when she got to the top of the first one, I made her leave that job and start a job in one of the other areas that she could go straight into level 8 (and then another). However, the level 8 objects haven't unlocked in either of the 2nd or 3rd jobs - the other objects have, just not those ones.

How can I rectify this?

BTW I've got no mods or custom content

It was for the business management career and the social media PR career. The level 8 objects are still shown as locked in Build Mode, whereas I got the others

No I didn't - my Sim had only done the Charity branch of the political career before embarking on these two career branches. None of my other sims had done any of these career branches before either

@xktstarx  Might still be the same. Might be a general issue on entering a career after uni, not just on switching. Def sounds like a bug tough,
