buggy Sim, fine until I move lots then goes shiny/checkered

I built a Sim, no CC, no CC installed.  She looks fine on the lot the Save opens on, but as soon as I move lots she appears shiny and checkered.  Playing on PC, all packs installed, MCC, BetterBuildBuy, and AlwaysFreeBuild updated and installed.
