Bugs, bugs, and more bugs!

Good morning everyone.

I have been unable to play the sims for 3 days now.

Issue 1: When it did load I couldn't view my own gallery at all, and wouldn't save any of my games.. Ran as admin, did a repair, cleared the cache, uninstalled reinstalled. Then issue 2 came.

Issue 2: Would launch game, but while running would suddenly crash, saying it was a problem on EA side.

Please fix this.
