Build-Mode auto exit upon using hotkeys

Question

Ohay, so, here's the problem i'm having;

I load up the Sims 4 and go to build mode to work on a project, I can click about the area and select tools, place object.

As soon as I attempt any of the hotkey commands (t, b, <>, etc) i am immediately taken back to the lot select screen.

I have tried restarting the Sims 4, Origin App, and computer.

NO CC or CHEATS, only running base game and get together

@DapperChappie  Are you getting any errors ?Have you tried repairing your game through Origin yet ?
