@JalaysiaC21 If the game looks normal without mods, then the problem is one or more of your mods. Try removing any mods by TwistedMexi, and delete localthumbcache.package as well. If this fixes the issue, you can look for updated versions of the mods, but please first test without any version of these mods present.
If this doesn't help, or your don't have any mods by TwistedMexi, you'll need to test the mods you do have to find the culprit. The 50/50 method can make the process much more efficient:
