Build Mode Incomplete
When entering into build mode from the world view the build catalog and tool bar do not show up. It will now allow me to leave build mode so I need to manually exit the game from control/alt/delete. I have tried repairing the game, removing my mods, I've deleted all the build mods. It will work one time and then next time I go in it happens again.
Move your Mods folder to the Desktop and delete localthumbcache.package. Then test the game
If it works now check for updates to your Mods and CC. Add it back a little at a time while testing until you have found all that are broken.
