build mode menu does not appear

@shailajoshi6  Please clear Origin's cache:

and repair the game: open your Origin game library, right-click on the Sims 4 icon, and select Repair.

If that doesn't help, please post a screenshot of what you see when you enter Build mode.  You can put the game into windowed mode and then use Windows key-shift-S to take a screenshot.
