build/buy UI broken

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.77.131.1030
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? all of them + cottage living pre ordered
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? just open build/buy mode or live mode. and look at the UI
What happens when the bug occurs? i open my game and when i want to build all my icons are scrambled i cant see what im clicking on anymore. for example: my UI screen where you can see the terrain tools and door and wall selection ect is all scrambled by randon pictograms of other things like a bear or lamp. also the first sim panel clips over the calender making it inaccesible. and my save screen looks like it was washed off
What do you expect to see? i want my UI to be fixed i can't build anymore and i am mainly a builder. all the other bugs didnt anoy me at all but this one is just horrible. pleas fix this fast.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. the patch for the cottage living pack. when they added water tools 07/20/2021.
