Building Lot loading screen stuck

How accessible is the current experience? I can use parts of it
Summarize what in the product is difficult to use. None of the content I saved from the SIM community, to my game can be played in the neighborhoods.
How is this making it more difficult? The loading screen "Building Lot" does not stop.
How can we reproduce this experience? Find any lot using any on the game packs, stuff packs or expansion packs, download it to your game and try to place the lot.
I've reinstalled the Sims from Origin. I tried placing a lot that I've saved from the SIM community. The problem is that the loading screen "Building Lot" stays there for hours. The lot will play in my game. I don't understand why this is happening.
