Business and Hobbies won’t load for steam deck

I have had businesses and hobbies downloaded for months now but the world won’t load even though it says I already own this pack. What should I do I am on steam deck. Everything is loaded except that...

noruin​  Does the world load in a new save?  Please test if you haven't already.  And if you use any mods or custom content, test with the Mods folder removed.

If the world isn't available in the new save, let me know whether the other content from C&H appears in the game, for exampel the Build/Buy items or the small business features.
