Game is borked
I am unable to play my game. I cannot build. If I download a house, then I can no longer play the game and have to use ctrl alt delete to get out of it. Since I bought a new computer I have had nothing but issues. Every time I come out of the game it tells me about deleted file. I need some help to sort this out please
Sims 4 DLC shows 'in-game content' in EA App but not owned in-game
Hi, I redeemed three Sims 4 DLCs using CD keys. In the EA App, they show up under “Manage Add-ons” as “in-game content,” but in the game they appear as “Not Owned” and cannot be used. I have already: – Reinstalled the base game – Cleared EA App cache – Changed install path and language – Confirmed I'm logged into the correct EA account – Waited over 24 hours for syncing The DLCs I activated are: – Macabre Mementos Digital Content – Lovestruck Heartbreak Happens Digital Content – Set Up Shop Digital Content Please help bind these properly to my account so they appear as owned and download correctly. Thank you!
Merged my accounts but nothing transferred
I had an old account that I was locked out of for a few years, I had EVERY dlc for it other than the Star Wars one. I made a new account afterwards where I started rebuying the packs slowly. The other day I was magically allowed to get back into my account and so I asked EA help to merge the accounts. So they did. They told me to wait 30-45 minutes before the packs I used to have were transferred to my current account. After waiting an hour, nothing happened so I went back to EA help. They tried telling me to clear the cache, uninstall and reinstall, log out and log back in, and when that didn't work they had NO solution for me. They told me to wait 24 hours and that they advise I try the same tactics then. So I asked if in 24 hours it still didn't show up what was I supposed to do. They had no answer for me. I'm upset because literally I've spent more than a thousand dollars, especially because I had to buy things twice when I was locked out of my old account (which has since been deactivated.) I asked if they're able to refund at all since the packs are gone even if it's just sale prices, but they have strict refund policies I guess. The person I spoke to did say that a few of the packs I had showed on their side that I owned them on my current account but still that doesn't change what's on my side - I feel like it made them less willing to help me since on their side it looked fine. I'm not sure though, I just don't know how to get my games back.packs i already own needing to be "installed"
I've been having this problem for over a month, and I cannot for the life of me figure out what to do. Whenever I hit the load button for my saves or try to load any other saves it says I need all the packs I already own to play. Obviously, I've bought these packs since I need them in order to resume my files. This issue has happened before but usually fixes itself when I reset EA or restart my PC. I've repaired the game, reset my PC, turned off cc, reset EA, even tried playing through steam and nothing works. I miss my legacy family please help!Error
Hi, today Steam isn’t launching The Sims. I also tried running it through EA, but that didn’t work either. When I verify the game files in Steam, it says there’s an issue with one of the folders. I tried deleting and reinstalling the game, but the download stops at 99% and shows an error. Before verifying the files, the game simply wouldn’t launch or respond when I clicked on it.
Last exception with no mods
I have no mods in my game currently and receiving a last exception. I do play with mods but I took them out to test as the game hasn't been loading past the play option. Removed my mod folder and immediately received a last exception that is attached. It just continues to load. Will not load the game at all. Attached is the last exception. Please help.
