sims 4 pack bugged
hey, so i have sims 4 and today i installed the pack "growing together" and I fully installed it, but when i tried to play i wanted to move my current household into that world, but it says that the world is downloading and after that i have to install it and then restart the game. and its been 4 hours. The thing is it says its installed. I have already cleared the cache and restarted my computer, and logged in and out of EA. Ive also uninstalled the game twice and installed it again, but it still doesnt work. Theres nothing more i can do, and i need help.
Missing some Expansion Packs from my list as well as Game Packs also Stuff Packs
I am missing a huge chunk of these that I purchased. I know I have all the stuff packs yet it is saying I'm missing four of them. It says I'm missing 2 of the Game Packs yet one came out in 2016 and I know I purchased it and the other one is the Dream Home Decorator that came out in 2021. I'm missing Life and Death, Love Struck, Business and Hobbies, For Rent, Cottage Living, Cats and Dogs, City Living, Get to Work, Get Famous, Discover University, Get Together, Eco Lifestyle. I know I played with these packs, I've had vets, and the world that has green living on one side and University, I only haven't gotten the last two expansion packs as I haven't played in a while. I would like to get these back in my library. I refuse to buy them... again. Before it's suggested that I am simply logged into the wrong account, I am not. I've tried to find the orders and billing tab but there isn't one to be found. I have it set up through PayPal but I doubt their history goes that far back. I'm beyond annoyed.
Purchased packs not in game.
Since the update before royalty and legacy the expansion packs/kits that I had bought previously just stopped existing in game. It says that they are installed in teh EA app but they are not in my game. I have tried unistalling the packs/kits but that didn't help. I don't know what to do so if anyone knows what is happening or why, that would be great.
Trouble with packs through Steam and EA
I recently got a new gaming laptop and was attempting to download the game and all my DLC. I first tried downloading through EA app first and all my DLC purchased through them downloaded just fine but then my Steam purchases said deactivated. So I uninstalled and tried again but downloading on Steam first. Just for it to do the same thing but the opposite packs, so my EA DLC were showing as not installed even though they were. I've tried four or five more times uninstalling and reinstalling but still nothing has given me access to all of my purchased DLC at the same time.
Enchnated By Nature - World not Loading
I recently installed the Expansion Pack - Enchnated by Nature but I can't access the world as it is greyed out. I looked up a fix and i can confirm i have done the following cleared app cache, deleted the EP 19 folder, a clean install of the game (no mods or custom content) repaired the game in EA app. I even removed all the other game/expansion packs to leave just this one installed but it still wont work. i have paid good money for something thats broken.missing expansion and game pack
To start I had installed both correctly. However, Dining out did not show up in my plots as a restaurant. So, I only went to uninstall Dining out, but I made a mistake by uninstalling both Business and Hobbies and Dining out. I should not have uninstalled Business and Hobbies. This created a problem with one of my saves. I made another mistake and tried to recover that save. It will not let me recover it again. When I reinstalled both of them, neither save can find them and build mode in lighted up like I have new items; I do not have any new items. So, it has affected my build mode. The EA app says they are installed and part of the in game recognizes them and doesn't connect correctly to full build mode. My laptop is a separate game and I have access to all features. I very much want my desktop to show me it also, I am not computer smart, by I know many other players might be able to reset using code. Please help me. I tried to compare the file from both computers but my desktop has further issues with copies of copies 1,2 and original updates or whatever those lines of things after sims 4 folders that start this game with.Game Data Incomplete - Downloaded DLC appearing as "Not Owned"
Since the last big updated (and the patch that followed), I have not been able to play any of my save files. At first. the said I needed For Rent, which was already downloaded and none of the neighborhoods were appearing from any of the DLC I purchased. After the patch, it said I need Get to Work, which was already downloaded and none of the neighborhoods were appearing. Please help! I've taken the following steps (multiple times) already: Clearing the cache and repairing Uninstalling and re-installing Sims 4 Uninstalling and re-installing the entire EA app and all purchased games and DLC Uninstalling and re-installing Sims 4 and related DLC to an external hard drive (thought maybe it was a wonky response to a disk space issue) Removing all CC completely
