Butler option in new sims4 stuff pack nowhere to be found

I installed the new Sims 4 Stuff Pack today and wanted to hire a butler for my sim, but I don't see an option to do that.  i checked to make sure it installed and it said it  did.  I  tried using the...

I am not using Mods either..  Can not find any way to hire butler.   Have you been able to yet?
