Buttons, notifications, headers appear tiny on screen

I just got the Dell XPS 15 for my graduation gift, and the screen is huge. This has caused some issues, one of which is that my Sims 4 game looks totally weird. As you can see in the attached image, the footer, buttons, etc. look tiny. Does anyone know how to fix this? Thanks!
