sims 4 game loading

An error on our end caused the launch to fail. Try again late. My game wont load & keeps showing this message . I have had none stop problems with this game for months on end . Really good game but so many problems through EA and lots bugs that need fixing . With or without mods installed this game crashes a lot and the sims don't always do as told . I would expect this from beta game or game that's pretty raw and  just been released but the game has been out many years and the game still has these bugs that was happening when it first released there are lot more I could mention but these are just the main big problems that are bothering me .I also am aware this happens bad with mods but like mentioned even without mods the sims just cannot be controlled sometimes even after multiple restarts and with mcc .If its not mods causing problems its the game its self . I have recently changed over pc and having the same experience . I got to the point I stopped playing this game for last couple months to finally come back and I can see the problems still occur  . Glitching /freezing ,controlling the sim ,loading up ,license problem you name it . I am one of those many people who have in fact spent a fortune on packs so I don't need mods and cheats and been found to be very disappointed and not worth the price at all . Every time I come back to this game there's a new problem added to the old one this still occur .
