Buy debug item list won't scroll smoothly, skips over rows of objects

See screenshots. My mouse is hovering over the top-left partial line in the first one, and then the middle-left (where you would expect the partial line to be) after one "scroll" upward. It stutters ...

@tinyastrogeist try doing what you do when your on Google and want to zoom in or out using your touch pad then hover any object and do that it should help you scroll up and down without missing any rows and you don't have to filter. it works for me so I hope it works for you
