Re: [READ FIRST] Cheat console doesn't open

I’ve seen a lot of people having this problem years ago, but it seems nobody found a way to fix this. 

A few days after the newest update, my cheats bar won’t open, instead, it takes an in-game screenshot. I tried removing all of my mods, but that didn’t seem to work. After, I uninstalled the sims app, along with EA and steam, and later I created new accounts for everything, and yet I still encountered the same problem. New account, no mods, and still this problem persists. Does anyone know if I can at least change the key for the screenshot option? Like instead of C I could maybe use a number or anything? 

Im desperate, I can not play the Sims 4 without cheats.
