Calendar not working with Holidays and City Living Festivals overlapping.

Hi! I hope you can help me with the problems I have.

Seasons Calendar Problem: 

After the first update after the Seasons release my Calendar was working, I was able to add holidays and everything was working fine. After maybe a couple of days of gameplay I tried adding a new holiday, I went through the resolutions and it didn't show up. Also Love Day was my first holiday I played with and it disappeared after the holiday had ended and was no longer present on the Calendar anymore. The new update on the 10th June hasn't fixed this either, I have tried repairing my game and removing my CC (I only use CAS CC, no mods) but this hasn't worked. I can NO LONGER add any holiday to my Calendar. This feature does NOT work for me. 

City Living problem:

The Festivals that came with City Living are overlapping one another and aren't playable, for example; Geek Con and the Romance festival. They are also not disappearing when the festival ends. This makes them unplayable.
