Did you own these packs through the EA app directly, or did you have them on Steam or Epic? 

so sorry take so long reply solaire btw every done steam or epic  paly ea app yes own fashion street i pay for show purchase history my card 4.99$ also jungle adventure got for free hope this resolved soon. thank you solaire 

kjzari​ Please verify that your Steam and Epic ID are both fully linked to your EA account? You can follow the steps here to be sure your accounts are all connected. 

unfortunately epic games had removed they link to ea acc# don't steam just ae games only i check not on both end all accunts they no long on website .two my game gone lost money thank u again Solaire reaching out once more

Thanks, if Steam and Epic are no longer connected to your EA account, you won't be able to access any DLC you own through Steam/Epic.
