Missing games

Hello ea I have  my games from library missing fashion street kit pay for and jungle adventure I got for free  however origin files is gone other gmes still there done step by step no luck pls help I check  my prurchase histoy it's there

    Did you own these packs through the EA app directly, or did you have them on Steam or Epic?
