came back after a couple years. Can no longer rotate objects

Hello all I searched everywhere for this solution (it's not the ctrl, shift, tab camera issue for me) But i cannot rotate anything. This is also a fresh install too on a new PC. Any ideas wh...

@AnnahMariaH9999 The mouse will only rotate items when in build mode. So just switch to that briefly when you want to turn something. Let me know if it works this way for you, please. I am curious if you are having a possible hardware conflict or if you can use features as I do.
