Camera tilt not working properly

My camera tilt no longer works properly and I've tried with 2 seperate mouses which use to both work perfectly fine when pressing on the scroll button to tilt it but it works perfectly fine to rotate just not tilting.

    @iamlicilou  Try switching to the Sims 4 camera and back to the Sims 3 camera, or vice versa.  Quit the game and reload each time you change the setting.
