Can´t save the game and more...

I cannot save the game, it says "failed to save", and i cannot travel or even go back home, before i played, my sim was at her business, now she cannot go home and i cannot bring the other sims to me or even send her to work, she goes  to work and it just loads the screen forever, the game for me is completly broken.

Also on "manage worlds" all the houses that had sims, the sims dissapeared, uts like the houses are for sale again.

Please please fix the game, i just bought 3 expansion packs last week because i had cirgury and i was so excited to play while i  get better, and now i cannot.

Also i have no mods and no cc.
