Can’t find Electronic Art folder Windows 10 (laptop)

I recently downloaded sims 4. And I have CC downloaded but I can’t find my Electronic Arts Folder can somebody help me please? It’s a HP laptop and it’s Windows 10 (I think)

@pandalover3366 I had the same issue. I realized that I had to boot the game (The Sims 4) once in order for the Electronic Arts folder to show up in my documents. It wasn't there before.

I did this and after opening the documents folder, there is nothing in there. what do I do now?

I'm not sure what's wrong but my game isn't booting and my folders missing I've deleted the ea app and sims repaired it but nothing works anyone here can u help

  @ky_sfl12 Is OneDrive running on your computer? If it is, whether you use it deliberately or not, please pause syncing, which you can do by right-clicking the cloud icon in the lower-right corner of the screen.
  
  If this doesn't help, please let me know whether Sims 4 has ever run on this computer. Please also run a dxdiag and attach it to a post.
