Sims4 Purchased Maker Packs-Not Able To Use

I've purchased two maker packs by the same creator, and I am unable to use them. They're the only ones I have bought. I tried repairing and checking if my mods conflicted, tried checking the installed/uninstalled packs and they don't show up at all.

    FluffyzUnicorns​  To be clear, under Marketplace > My Collection, are the packs showing as owned, and installed, and active?  Let me know what you see.  Please also see whether you can download the packs through Marketplace > Browse > Maker Packs.
