can’t find my sims 4 in gallery
Hello EA,
I have a serious problem in my Sims 4 and I need your help please. Before a while, my pc broke and stopped working for some technical issues so I had to do a Format and delete everything including The Sims 4 (so sad I know).
So now after my pc got fixed, I decided to redownload the game but everything was different, my game files aren’t there and my Sims 4 looks like a brand new game. I logged in to my EA app and installed the game.. but I can’t find my household members anymore! Even in the gallery/Library they aren’t showing up there!! Isn’t there any way or a cheat to return them back? I checked the “include the custom content” and it still shows NOTHING! I don’t really care about the CC in my characters, I just need them back :,(
If there is a way that could help, please let me know ASAP!
@MarYeol61 Did you ever upload your sims to the Gallery? They wouldn't have uploaded automatically. All user files are stored locally on your computer: saves, saved households, etc. So if you didn't have a spare copy, in the Gallery or on an external drive or in some other cloud storage service, the files would simply be gone. EA doesn't support cloud saving of Sims 4 data aside from the Gallery itself.
If you ever used OneDrive, or at least didn't disable it, it's possible you could find old copies of your files on onedrive.com, either in My Files or the recycle bin. Other than that, there really isn't anywhere else the files would have been saved, unfortunately.
