Can’t Load Into Main Household Lot

So I launched the game two days ago and got into my household’s lot just fine, then had my sims travel to a different lot. The issue is that I now cannot get them back home. Whenever I have them travel home I get an endless loading screen. I’ve tried lots of different troubleshooting options and I’m beyond frustrated. 

• I loaded up a different household and they can’t visit the lot either. 
  
  
• I get an endless loading screen trying to access the lot in build mode. 
  
  
• I tried to recover old saves but those also aren’t working for some reason. 
  
  
• I deleted a piece of cc I added to the lot right before the issue started, thinking it was broken but that didn’t work either. 
  
  

I tried to find an old save where they’re already at home but it’s like my old saves have been overwritten with the current saves’s data. For reference, I just aged a toddler up last week but my old saves from last month are showing her aged up when she should’ve been an infant back then. I have no clue what’s going on. I spent a lot of time furnishing this lot and would hate to start over.
