Can´t transfer the sims expansion to child account

I purchased the Sims 4 Seasons on my adult account to transfer to my child account where I have the base game. In the instructions to transferring games to child accounts it says that I should redeem a product code in my confirmation e-mail, but I haven´t gotten one. What can I do? I can´t get in contact with EA no matter what I try.

I have the Pets expansion since earlier, but to install that one I had to talk to someone at EA because it wasn´t working either. This time I can´t even get in contact with EA.

    EA customer support is on limited hours right now, with phone calls entirely unavailable, and live chat only open from 9 am to midnight GMT, Monday through Saturday.  Given the volume of requests, support is also often swamped, so it can take a few tries to get through.  If you're not having any success, try choosing a slightly different category of issue.

    I still can´t get it to work though. I have read the information about child accounts multiple times and tried different things but I think I might have to get help from EA themselves, so I´ll just continue trying to get in contact with them. Although I really appreciate you taking your time to try to help me.

    @rumpenstink  I don't know why child accounts are so difficult to manage right now; hopefully EA will find a way to address that in the future.  Until that happens though, your best bet going forward might be to buy a physical copy of each Sims 4 pack you want your child to have.  Even if it's just a code in a box, you can manually add that code to the account rather than having to go through this whole process with EA support.

    Good idea, but it’s sorted out for now. I finally got in contact with EA staff.
