Can’t get rid of painting in sims inventory

So I got island living right, and it was probably 4am when a townie from Sam Myshuno (Jesminder or something) comes in and used my easel without knocking on the door or anything; this is a new save my sim hasn’t left the house yet and wouldn’t have met her. I can’t  tell her to leave but only introduce myself to her, so I do that to get her to stop painting. She didn’t have the option “ask to leave”. I use mccc so I forced her to leave and stop using my crap like it’s her own damn place but because the painting she did was unfinished and not my sims own, I couldn’t do crap with it. I can’t scrap it or move it. I thought maybe I could put the easel in my inventory and sell the painting from there or at least do something with it but no. The painting is stuck in my inventory and I can’t interact with it; I can’t move it, sell it or drag it out anywhere. I tried moving in the chick to see if having her in my household would help but nope. So beforehand I quit without saving, I made her set off a firework inside and let her burn for the annoying bs she caused. I know that neighbours come in with food and kava but she was literally just walking by and decided to walk into my house without knocking and use my stuff. I do have an issue with random townies coming in uninvited; no leftover bs, no parties, or any of that “we were friends before u were famous” crap they pull. Id like to know if it’s just me that’s had these issues or what because I came here for a good time and not to deal with pain in the * townies that think their all hot * walking into my house uninvited.
