Can’t get rid of painting in sims inventory

@twerk4heichou - Can you give the painting to someone as a gift? I've heard that sometimes gets rid of stuck inventory items.

As far as the unwanted visitors, that's a "feature" of the Island Living expansion; the idea is supposed to be that everyone is ultra-friendly and hospitable on the islands. It's not as fine-tuned as most people had hoped.
