Can anyone confirm if foundations are acting wacky?

I've been having quite a few issues while trying to build. I just updated the game not even 2 hours ago. Didn't have this issue before the update, so it's either a bug or corruption.

Can anyone confirm if this is happening in your games?

@somberlysober What platform do you play on: Windows, Mac, or console (and which one)? If you're on a computer, do you use mods or custom content, and does this still happen with the Mods folder removed? You wouldn't need to save your progress; this would just be for testing purposes.
