I bought the new kits, not the bundle.

Hello! So I bought the two new kits, but didn't recieve the extra items, because I needed to buy the bundle? I feel so stupid.. Do I have to buy the bundle in order to get the extra items now?

    I have tried to contact someone on the EA website, but I all I get to see is: "This issue isn't supported by advisors". So I bought the kits for their original price and didn't recieve my extra items, i'm very sad that i'm not able to unlock these items even though I wanted to support the new kit release.
