Can anyone help interpret my Last UI Exception file?

Hello, I have received this last UI exception twice now, and I am unsure what it means. I downloaded the Better Exceptions mod to try to see if that could help me interpret it, but it did not catc...

Move your Mods folder to the Desktop and delete localthumbcache.package. Then test the game.

If it works now check for updates to your Mods and CC. Add it back a little at a time while testing until you have found all that are broken.
