Can i link accounts and have sims 4 on both?

So i want to start making lets play's on youtube for the sims 4. i have sims 4, outdoor retreat, and get to work. i would like to make a new origin account specificly for this. however i cant afford ...

    No, you need to buy the game again. 
    You can ask EA to put the copy from the one account to the other, but it working on two no.

As above. You do not buy the game. What you are paying for is a license to play the game. Please read the EULA (end user license agreement) that you should have read and agreed to when you registered the game. I'll give you the cliffnotes version - one license one account and that account can only be opened by one user at a time.
