White screen of death and unable to close the Sims 4
So I was in buildmode , just playing as normal when my game froze and went to a full white screen, I am unable to view anything else on my laptop unless I am in a different desktop tab (via task manager)
the sims 4 will not close, task manager cannot shut it down and when I try to go to a different tab, the sims 4 will come up overtop of the tab.
i have no dlc, mods or cc, this came out of nowhere, what do I do?
should I try and shut down my laptop to try and forcibly close the sims?
I managed to get it fixed by somehow opening task manager window and ending task in the sims4. I’m not entirely sure what I did but it worked, i kinda just poked around in a different desktop window until it came up.
