the laptop fulfils the games' minimum requirements and should therefore be able to run Sims 4. The graphics card is not out of the world and just a little bit above the minimum requirements, so it might be best to not run it on the highest graphic settings that the game allows, as to not strain the laptop.
@ynk225 @EA_Pythia No, the R5 5625U is not better than the i7-1165G7, at least not for Sims 4. The limiting factor for in-game performance is the GPU, both in this case and in general, and unless these laptops also have dedicated graphics cards, that means the Vega 7 graphics chip and the Xe Graphics G7 96 EUs, respectively. The Xe chip is maybe 15-20% faster in gaming, although it does depend somewhat on the game and the resolution. Still, that's enough of a difference to say the Xe graphics chip is definitively faster.
If either laptop has a discrete graphcis card, that would almost certainly be faster than either integrated graphics chip. Feel free to link the product pages for each laptop if you'd like me to take a look.
