Missing expansion packs

When I update my game after not playing for a while some of my expansions packs go missing and I have to talk to an agent to get them back. I always have gotten them back but I just updated my game and the "Get to work" pack was missing from my game and purchase history. I had no proof that I brought it and all the agents I spoke to couldn't find any history of it on my account. Is there any way I can get it back without having to pay again and how do I stop this from happening in the future?

    Hi 

    no I havent bought anything apart from the game itself and the expansions packs. Iv'e just looked over my purchase history and theres a purchase called "The Sims 4" and it cost £0? Its also months after I bought the game. Could that be the expansion pack I'm missing?
