Can only play offline?

So, I have been having trouble playing TS4 the last two days, but played fine on launch day. All of a sudden I was not able to load past the plumbob starting screen until I completely unplugged my PC...

    If your internet plan isn't limited. You could make a backup (or rename) of the "Sims 4" folder in the directory "C:\Users\[User name]\Documents\Electronic Arts\" and reinstall the game. Try again to load the game in Online mode, if that works okay, replace the folder in the directory mentioned before with the old "The Sims 4" folder to get your saves back.

    Report back your findings. 🙂
