Ive attached my dxdiag here - i updated windows recently and it seems to have started after i updated to the newest version, unsure if that would have anything to do with it
@robbxe You definitely have a number of BSODs listed, all with the same error code, and not related to Sims 4 in any obvious way. Please open a File Explorer window, type C:\Windows\Minidump into the address bar, copy the last two or three dump files, and paste them on your desktop. (Crtl-c to copy; you won't be able to drag and drop.) From there, you can zip them together, upload them to a free filesharing site, and drop the link here.

@robbxe Thanks for the link; it worked fine. And sorry for the delay.
Try reinstalling the chipset driver for your laptop. The download page is here:
https://www.medion.com/gb/service/product-detail/30023186?fromTopicsPage=true
But the website is being difficult right now, at least for me, so if that bounces you to a generic page, go here instead:
https://www.medion.com/gb/service/topic/medion-products
enter 30023186 (the MSN for your product), and you should wind up at the same place. Download the chipset driver, run it, restart your computer, and test.

hi sorry for the wait but i downloaded it and installed it and ive tried playing the game for a few days but its still crashing - its still the same bsod crash with the 'watchdog violation' error code, it seems to be crashing after a good few hours of playing the game if this means anything
