@SimpleSimmer05 The Sims 4 crashes in your dxdiag are breakpoint errors, which have a few different causes. One is the game running out of memory, which is what I think is happening here. Your laptop has enough RAM to run the game, but it needs to push some other data to the page file, which is where the processor stores overflow data that would normally be held in RAM but doesn't fit.
The problem is that the page file, which is disk space specifially allocated for this purpose, is too small and almost all used. This, in turn, is because your C drive is almost completely full. 2.7 GB free is not enough for Windows to maneuver properly by itself, let alone run a demanding game and whever else you have open.
Point is, you'll need to clear a lot of space on C. I would aim for 30 GB free because you'll want 25 free after the page file's size increases appropriately. You can see your free and total storage by opening a File Explorer window and clicking This PC in the left panel; you might need to scroll down a bit. Once you've cleared enough space, restart your computer and try again to play. If you get another crash, please post a new dxdiag.
