Can someone help me with a Last UI Exception?

I have been using mods, but I am still getting the UI LE even with them taken out. I deleted the localthumbcache, repaired the game and am still getting them every time I start up the game.  [ Spoil...

@SimGuruNick  I am attempting to upload my entire sims 4 folder to google drive. I will send you a DM in about 2 hours when its done, if it works. 🙂
