can you be a landlord in sims4 city living

Old post. And you probably have the answer. But any mods like NPCC give you the option to have created sims in the other category and potentially chosen as npc sim for the lot. In base game that includes mixologist through butlers. However! A mixologist or dj or venue related staff has a work schedule so they won't be permanent. NPCC let's you remove work shifs and pick your npc staff as long as they're not played or in world. If you travel with said "staff to a venue you wanna give them the venue job (aka bartender) and THEN remove said bartender that already exists. Then go to manage words (save too) and afaik as long as there is no shift length they will indefinitely be the bartender when you go back. Also stuff like maids and butlers seem bugged because you hire a service vs an unowned venue that automatically has built in service. So butlers might reset. Besides who really needs a Butler because they don't really do anything useful.
