Can you buy the sims 4 used?
I was wondering if I could buy the game used. (It's expensive!!!) But I noticed it is not available on gamestop.com I was wondering if that is because it won't work used, because of the game code, or...
Unfortunately The Sims 4 is a PC game and as such will not be sold as used due to the code being already associated with an Origin account. Someone might decide to resell a copy they have never installed, but if it has ever been installed, it cannot be resold.
If you do not want to spend money on this game, your best bet is to watch the various sites that have news and walkthroughs for The Sims 4, as they also tend to host giveaways where you can win a copy of the game.
