Ingame Screen Glitching

Hello everyone,

my Problem is that my ingame screen is Glitching.

I already removed all my mods and cc, repaired the game, updated all my mods and tried all the previous Graphic settings that helped other people (Edge Smoother, Vertical Sync, Low settings). 

Are there any more Tips? 😅😢
